    The staff here is VERY rude! i had noise complaints about the tenants (children) downstairs running around screaming at 2 and 3 am and they said there was nothing they could do, call the police if i want. the police said its a landlord matter. The girls that work at this office never let me speak to the landlord. After starting to get harassed by one of the tenants for calling the police i went to file a complaint with the police again and only bc i had a police officer next to me, they finally got management on the phone. He did absolutely NOTHING but say he wants to hear their side of the story. Mind you, they never complained to the police or leasing office about me! They just want their rent money. Care about nothing else.

    I could not have dreamed of a more perfect party. Melissa and the entire staff at Sapphire Princess were absolutely wonderful. You cannot go wrong when planning a party with them. And truly, 4 hours was not nearly long enough. I could have easily partied for another 4 hours. The atmosphere was magical!

    Absolute worst bank ive ever been to, after being spoken to like a naive child from the condescending floor manager i was NOT assisted with depositing my check at the clerk as i expressed was what i intended to do instead i was picked from a line of at least 7 other people who were not addressed or spoken to by her in anyway and sent to the ATM which did not work, at this point said floor manager proceeded to instruct me on how an atm works as if when i told her id used chase for 3 years id never came across an ATM????? Also drive through atm is very outdated, slow, and performs poorly when it comes to reading cards and accepting cash deposits. (This bank is only friendly to patrons 40 years and older)

  • Review of "Roslyn Savings Bank" at Freeport

    This is the worst bank. I’m so sorry I opened up an account with them. Waiting for the 3 month period so I can close this account. Always have to wait even when there is no line. They’re never happy , always have a smirks on their face . Lady practically threw my receipt at me . It’s so hard to write this review cause I hate to complain. But enough is enough!
